There are a ton of things you can do to get in better shape and be more active. This is a list of things I like to do. I like to have some variety in my daily life so I don’t get bored with any one thing. However, I do focus on my punching bag when I can. The other stuff is just when I’m in the mood to do something and it’s not yoga. I’m big into yoga and working on my certification, but we need variety sometimes.

Karate Basics for Beginners – I’ve always wanted to take classes and haven’t. It’s on my bucket list.

Bodies in Motion with Gilad – Oh yes, I worked out with him every day in my 20s. He is still going strong! Gilad is still my first love with aerobics. I may have a 30+ year crush on the guy. 😉

Tai Chi with David Dorian Ross – Nice and gentle. It seems super slow when you first start, but after a few weeks you start to enjoy it.

Caroline Girvan – Lots of strength training workouts and she looks awesome! Granted, being over 50 I may never look that awesome, but I can sure try. Although the getting buff part of my website is a ways down the road. I have a lot of healing and recovery to do first.
